LIFE Driving Academy offers drivers education for Salem High School teens. We offer Segment 1 Canton classes and drives, Segment 2 Salem classes, and Private Lessons for teens. Salem is in our driving lesson area giving Salem teens an advantage of sometimes being picked up or dropped off at the Salem High School or even at home. Private Lessons in Salem these driving lessons students can be picked up or dropped off at the Salem High School or at home.

Overview
Salem High School History
The first schools were log structures, one of the first being the Cherry Hill School, built in 1834. Later, brick or frame schools replaced the original log buildings. The schools were often used as social centers for the surrounding area for religious services and nonprofit shows. Now it the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park (commonly PCEP or “The Park”) encompasses three public secondary schools—Salem High School, Canton High School, and Plymouth High School—in Canton Township, Michigan, United States within Metro Detroit. PCEP is located on a 305-acre campus.

Salem Township
Salem is an unincorporated community in the northeast corner of the township. Settled in 1825 by the cousins John and Joseph Dickerson, the hamlet is located along 6 Mile Road and Salem Road. The CSX Plymouth Subdivision railway forms the eastern border of the community. The township hall is located here. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 34.3 square miles (88.8 km2), all land.
